Class 100 Horizontal Laminar Air Flow Cabinets / Hoods / Systems


Horizontal Laminar Airflow Benches allows operation in a sterile and particle free conditions. Because of the continuous flushing of the working area by a unidirectional and ultra filtered airflow, it assures a full product protection.


Cabinets are available in the following materials

  • In IS 304 grade stainless steel with polish finish
  • In IS 316 grade stainless steel with polish finish
  • In Galvanized Iron with PU coated finish and
  • In Waterproof ply with laminated finish
All Laminar airflow benches are designed to Class 100 cleanliness as per -ISO 5 for particle sizes 0.5 µm < 3530 particles / M³ & 5.0 µm < 0 particles / M³ of air at both at Rest & Operation Condition as per ISO 14644 -1. (ISO 5 replaces Class 100 US FED STD 209 E)

Features:- Minipleat HEPA filters of international standards for high efficiency particle retention,spring suspended DIDW blower assembly for low noise and less vibration, Pressure monitoring through specially designed low-pressure gauges for high accuracy, finely polished stainless work surface for convenient working, foldable or sliding front sash.
