The Controller is internally linked to Timer, to start its countdown after attaining the set temperature of 121ºC (approx. 15 psi). End cycle buzzer and auto cut-off of heater. As control of temperature (pressure) is by switching the heater on / off, there is no venting of steam into room, besides saving on electricity charges.
