Electronic lid lock which opens only when the rotor is static but allows to open the lid in case of power failure

Rotor speed in the range of 100 to the maximum in 10 RPM increment
Timer with a range of 1 to 120 minutes in 1 minute increment and infinite time mode
Acceleration / Deceleration time up to 240 seconds
Temperature ( in refrigerated models ) upto -10° C depending on the type& speed of the rotor head
